“I started cheer when I was four years old. I was doing recreational cheer with Brooks Bears, and we would have rec-competitions that were so fun. I joined because of friends, family, and for the joy of it, and over time, the sport became something I truly loved; so, 1 stayed with it.
Cheer has truly been the most incredible part of my life.
It's given me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and countless opportunities. Through cheer, I've grown as a person and learned how to overcome some of life's toughest challenges, thanks to the mentors who guided me along the way. Every time I step onto that blue mat, my heart fills with pure joy. I know that without cheer, I wouldn't be the person I am today.”
